Shipping Policy

All products in the GluteGang Shop are made to order and ship internationally. Once you place your order, your piece is produced and then shipped, so it takes a little longer to arrive than a typical online order.

Delivery Times

Please allow a few weeks from order to delivery. Most orders arrive within about 2 to 3 weeks, and some may take up to 4 weeks depending on production and international transit. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at va@glute-house.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
